Creativity Coaching: How To Be Creative.

Creativity is the rare ability to think outside the conventional box of thinking. It is more of a process of challenging what exists with the sole intention of creating something different and new. Because thinking differently from what you’re used to requires extra effort there are not a lot of creative people. Most conservative thinkers need creativity coaching to improve the way they think. Otherwise there is no real problem with conventional thinking; it just doesn’t give you an edge on top of other competing interests.

Confined thoughts die in a mental prison if they’re not released on time. Learning to express your thoughts to people is a good way to improve your creativity and liberate your mind. But when thoughts are suppressed for some reason or another they get to a stage where they are crippled and unable to emerge. To make this a little easier it would help to express your thoughts to a friend you know would openly receive them.

Exposing yourself to different opinions and learning material will definitely enhance the way you think. The brain usually takes out what it is fed. Therefore, with time one should watch different movies; listen to different music and even read something new. Once your brain gets used to diversity it too will start thinking differently.

Play games with children and observe the things they do. But don’t just sit and watch, you have to participate and learn to see things the way they see them. Children have a powerful imagination; a lot can be learned from kids.

Hanging around creative people will surely develop the way you present your ideas and how you think. Characteristics are contagious things and you definitely won’t fail if you try hard enough.

Move around with a pen and notebook wherever you go. Chances are that you will think of something innovative that would have slipped your mind if you hadn’t jotted it down. Most of the people who’re popular for creativity are simply good at taking careful note of their thought.
